Shannon Arendt-Lane is a nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector who is well-versed in a variety of cosmetic treatments, including injectables, lasers, facials, chemical peels, body contouring, and has a passion for weight-loss and wellness. With over a decade of practical experience in plastic surgery, she possesses an understanding of anatomy and aesthetics that she proudly uses to improve the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of her clients.
Shannon believes in treating clients as partners in care, taking the time to educate clients on their options and what to expect pre- and post-treatment.
Betsy Wisher
Elizabeth (Betsy) Wischer is an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin (wrinkle relaxer) injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, and nonsurgical facelift threading. 7 years as a nurse before becoming an NP. Background in labor and delivery, she is skilled at producing effective therapy plans to help clients who are struggling, whether it’s because of a cosmetic concern or chronic health problems. Her background includes being a lead provider and trainer at Ideal Image where she specialized in laser treatments, injectables, and body contouring procedures.
One of Betsy’s greatest skills is her ability to connect with clients and understand their health needs. She’s also eager to share her expertise, traveling to other med spas around the country to help with onboarding, training, compliance and safety, and medical education.
Ben Arendt
With a rich background in customer service and business management, Ben brings over 13 years of experience in retail management, a testament to his incredible ability to understand and meet client needs.
Not stopping there, Ben ventured into entrepreneurship and successfully ran his home inspection business for 7 years. His keen eye for detail and dedication to quality service are skills we value greatly.
Adding to his impressive resume, Ben also excelled as a service rep at Cintas for 5 years, further honing his customer relationship skills.

Daniella Flores
Daniella will be joining us as a Medical Assistant during our liposuction procedures and will also be greeting you at the front desk on non-lipo days! Originally from Minnesota, Daniella has called Appleton home for the past five years. She holds an aesthetics license from Fox Valley Technical College and has been honing her skills in the field for the last three years. Currently, she’s pursuing her nursing degree at FVTC, all while staying active and spending time outdoors with her son and family.
