Cancellation Policy

Our appointments are very important to all members of our team at WishLane. The time you allocate for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that situations can arise that require a schedule adjustment; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for changes to your appointment and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, our office misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.

Cancellation Fees:

  • If notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment: No charges
  • No-show, or if notification was given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment: A cancellation fee will be charged amounting to up to 100% of the scheduled service cost

All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. Guests who no-show or cancel their appointment three times in a row will not be rescheduled and will be removed from the practice.

Payment Policy

Payment Due at Time of Service:
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) cards
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
  • CareCredit and other approved healthcare financing

Payment Plans:
For larger treatment packages or procedures, payment plans may be available through approved third-party financing companies such as CareCredit. Please inquire at the front desk for details and application assistance.

Insurance and Coverage

Elective Cosmetic Services:
Most services provided at WishLane Aesthetics are elective cosmetic procedures and are NOT covered by health insurance. These include but are not limited to:

  • Injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators)
  • Laser treatments
  • Body contouring procedures
  • Chemical peels and facials
  • Medical-grade skincare products
  • Aesthetic treatments

Medical Services:
Some medical services may be eligible for insurance coverage or reimbursement when medically necessary, including:

  • Hormone replacement therapy (when medically indicated)
  • Medical weight loss programs (coverage varies by plan)
  • Trigger point injections (when medically necessary)
  • Laboratory testing (when medically necessary)
  • Vitamin injections (coverage varies by plan)

Insurance Responsibility:
WishLane Aesthetics is NOT a participating provider with most insurance plans. We do not bill insurance directly for services rendered. However, we can provide you with itemized receipts and superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

You are responsible for:

  • Understanding your insurance benefits and coverage
  • Submitting claims to your insurance company if you wish to seek reimbursement
  • Payment in full regardless of whether your insurance reimburses you

Pricing and Estimates

Pricing for services is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of scheduling or consultation. Treatment costs vary based on amount of product used, treatment area size, number of sessions required, and complexity of the procedure.

Cost estimates provided are approximations based on anticipated treatment needs. The final cost may vary based on the actual amount of product used or time required during your treatment.

Packages and Series Pricing

Discounted pricing may be available when purchasing a series of treatments or package deals. Package terms and conditions include:

  • Packages must be used within the specified timeframe (typically 6-12 months from purchase)
  • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser
  • Unused services in packages are non-refundable
  • Package discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated

Outstanding Balances

Accounts with outstanding balances more than 30 days past due may be subject to:

  • Late fees or interest charges
  • Suspension of services until the balance is paid in full
  • Referral to a collections agency
  • Reporting to credit bureaus

If your account is referred to collections, you will be responsible for all collection costs including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney fees, and court costs.

Patients with outstanding balances will not be scheduled for additional appointments until the balance is paid in full or payment arrangements have been made.

Disputes and Questions

If you have questions about your bill or believe there has been an error, please contact our office immediately at 920-512-8822 or contact@WishLaneaesthetics.com. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns promptly and professionally.

Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond to disputes within 10 business days. Payment is still required for undisputed portions of the bill.


Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds for Elective Services:
All sales are final for elective cosmetic procedures and treatments. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Injectable treatments once administered
  • Procedures that have been performed
  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Services rendered

Product Returns:
Unopened, unused skincare products in original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. No refunds will be given; exchanges only.

Treatment Outcomes:
WishLane Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results from treatments. Individual results vary based on multiple factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Touch-Ups and Adjustments:
Some treatments include complimentary touch-up appointments within a specified timeframe (typically 2 weeks for injectable treatments). These are provided at the discretion of your provider and do not constitute a refund or redo of services.

Treatment Packages:
With many of our services, WishLane Aesthetics offers the ability to pay per treatment (pay-as-you-go) or receive a discount for buying a package (paying up-front). We are happy to offer this discount on our packages, but we must charge the pay-as-you-go fee if the package is disrupted prior to completion.

Any cancellation or refund request for a package must be in writing. If discontinuation of your purchased package occurs before you have reached the end of treatment, you will be charged the list price of the completed procedures, plus a 10% service charge. Refund will be paid 30 days after receipt of a request in writing.

Example: A single microdermabrasion treatment is $125, but packages of six are sold at a discounted rate of $625. If a client requests a refund after the third treatment, the client will be charged the list price of each treatment received at $125 x 3 treatments + 10% service fee = $412.50 and will receive a refund in the amount of $187.50.

Appointment Reminders: We may contact you to remind you that you have an appointment for treatment or medical care by phone, text message, email, or mail.

Other Uses: We may also use and disclose your health information for research (with authorization), as required by law, to avert serious threats to health or safety, public health activities, health oversight activities, lawsuits and disputes, law enforcement, and other purposes as permitted or required by law.

Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information

You have the following rights:

  • Right to Inspect and Copy: You have the right to inspect and obtain a copy of health information that may be used to make decisions about your care.
  • Right to Amend: If you feel that health information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may ask us to amend the information.
  • Right to an Accounting of Disclosures: You have the right to request a list of disclosures we made of your health information.
  • Right to Request Restrictions: You have the right to request a restriction or limitation on the health information we use or disclose about you.

  • Right to a Paper Copy of This Notice: You may ask us to give you a copy of this notice at any time.
