Hi, We’re WishLane.

Wish + Lane = Dream Team.

WishLane was created by Betsy Wischer and Shannon Arendt-Lane, two dedicated nurse practitioners passionate about their patients’ well-being. They envisioned a place where top-quality aesthetic and wellness services could be offered in an inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment. Committed to honesty and authenticity, they sought to build a community where clients feel like friends and can trust the care they receive. By controlling the quality of their services and handpicking their team, they ensure every client experiences the highest standard of care. At WishLane, Betsy and Shannon bring their authentic selves to everything they do, creating a space where you can look and feel your best.

Betsy Wischer,

Betsy Wischer - WishLane Aesthetics & Wellness Appleton WI

Elizabeth (Betsy) Wischer is an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin (wrinkle relaxer) injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, and nonsurgical facelift threading. With more than three years of hands-on nursing experience, she is skilled at producing effective therapy plans to help clients who are struggling, whether it’s because of a cosmetic concern or chronic health problems. Her background includes being a lead provider and trainer at Ideal Image where she specialized in laser treatments, injectables, and body contouring procedures.

One of Betsy’s greatest skills is her ability to connect with clients and understand their health needs. She’s also eager to share her expertise, traveling to other med spas around the country to help with onboarding, training, compliance and safety, and medical education.
