Betsy is always fantastic! She provides good solid advice and her recommendations are based upon her knowledge and expertise. I appreciate that she listens and asks questions to make sure she understands my concern. Top notch! Update: I cannot figure out how to create another post, so I’ll update this one. Everyone at WishLane is amazing. They are funny, kind, and so nonjudgmental, which when you are vulnerable enough to seek help and advice to make yourself feel and look better, is a fantastic asset and quality of a provider. I feel seen. Questions are met with answers and, at times, additional questions so they know exactly what I’m trying to communicate and the kind of results I want to achieve. I look forward to my visits to see Betsy at WishLane.

I saw Betsy and Shannon for hormone therapy. I received so much information. They both took time answering any questions I had. It was a calm relaxing appointment. I left thinking how easy that was and look forward going back to try other services.

Love visiting this lively and down to earth office. I appreciated having things explained to me so I could understand and feel at ease - with some laughs along the way. You can tell these ladies know what they’re doing, can have fun, and make you feel comfortable. Very responsive to follow up questions and quick to fit me in for adjustments to get things just right!
