I had my first appointment with Shannon for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using the Biotech Method.I was very impressed with the time Shannon spent going thru my lab results with me and thoroughly explaining each individual test result with me. We also went through the health assessment questionnaire I completed. I was also so impressed with her knowledge and concern she displayed. The actual hormone replacement procedure was completely pain free and took just minutes to complete. WishLane offered so much more than the previous place I went for BHRT. I would highly recommend them.

Betsy is always fantastic! She provides good solid advice and her recommendations are based upon her knowledge and expertise. I appreciate that she listens and asks questions to make sure she understands my concern. Top notch! Update: I cannot figure out how to create another post, so I’ll update this one. Everyone at WishLane is amazing. They are funny, kind, and so nonjudgmental, which when you are vulnerable enough to seek help and advice to make yourself feel and look better, is a fantastic asset and quality of a provider. I feel seen. Questions are met with answers and, at times, additional questions so they know exactly what I’m trying to communicate and the kind of results I want to achieve. I saw Betsy and Shannon for hormone therapy. I received so much information. They both took time answering any questions I had. It was a calm relaxing appointment. I left thinking how easy that was and look forward going back to try other services.
