Betsy did my labs in-house, results came back quickly, and I started HRT that same day—leaving with exactly the supplements I needed. Within about a week, I could already feel the difference. I was back in the gym twice a day, running again, with an elevated mood, increased stamina, and dramatically less brain fog. The energy boost was unreal. I truly can’t overstate how life-changing HRT has been for me. Betsy genuinely listens and creates a thoughtful, customized plan for each person.
